چکیده

Soybean is a valuable protein and oilseed crop ranked among the most significant of major crops. Field experiments were carried out in 2016–2019 South-East Poland. The influence soybean cultivars (Aldana, Annushka), nitrogen fertilizer (0, 30, 60 kg?ha?1 N) inoculation with B. japonicum (control, HiStick® Soy, Nitragina) on content fatty acids (FA) seeds was investigated three-factorial experiment. This study confirms genetic determinants acid composition their differential accumulation levels for C16:0, C16:1, C18:1n9, C18:2, C18:3, C20:0 as well saturated (SFA), monounsaturated (MUFA), polyunsaturated (PUFA) acids. Increasing rate from 30 to kg ha?1 N did not produce expected changes, suggesting use only “starter” N. Inoculation strain Bradyrhizobium (HiStick® BASF, Littlehampton, UK Nitragina, Institute Soil Science Plant Cultivation–State Research Institute, Pu?awy, Poland) recommended it will cause decrease SFA C16:0 levels. considered nutritionally beneficial its contribution total determines hypercholesterolemic index, third accumulated seeds. interaction formulation demonstrated. An increase value resulted C18:1, C18:3 each decreased by almost one unit every 1% content. dominant effect weather conditions FA profile C18:2n6/C18:3n3 ratio suggests need further evaluation progress respect under varying habitat conditions.

Inoculation with Bradyrhizobium japonicum enhances the organic and fatty acids content of soybean (Glycine max (L.) Merrill) seeds.

Soybean (Glycine max (L.) Merrill) is one of the most important food crops for human and animal consumption, providing oil and protein at relatively low cost. The least expensive source of nitrogen for soybean is the biological fixation of atmospheric nitrogen by the symbiotic association with soil bacteria, belonging mainly to the genus Bradyrhizobium. This study was conducted to assess the ef...

Proteomic Analysis of Soybean [Glycine max (L.) Merrill] Roots Inoculated with Bradyrhizobium japonicum Strain CPAC 15

This research intended to analyze the expression pattern of proteins in roots of the Brazilian soybean cultivar Conquista when inoculated with Bradyrhizobium japonicum CPAC 15, a strain broadly used in commercial inoculants in Brazil. At ten days after bacterial inoculation, whole-cell proteins were extracted from roots and separated by 2-D gel electrophoresis. Comparative analysis revealed sig...

Symbiotic effectiveness of inoculation with Bradyrhizobium isolates on soybean [Glycine max (L.) Merrill] genotypes with different maturities

The influence of soybean genotypes with different maturity groups on the symbiotic effectiveness of Bradyrhizobium spp under high native soil N is not well known. Therefore, the objective of this work was to evaluate the influence of maturity time of soybean genotypes on the symbiotic effectiveness of Bradyrhizobium spp. at higher soil N. Three isolates of Bradyrhizobium spp. (UK-isolate, TAL-3...

INTERACTIVE EFFECT OF NITROGEN FERTILIZATION AND RHIZOBIUM INOCULATION ON NODULATION AND YIELD OF SOYBEAN (Glycine max L. Merrill)

A field experiment was conducted for two consecutive seasons (2009/10 and 2010/11) in the Demonstration Farm of the Faculty of Agriculture at Shambat-Sudan, to study the interactive effect of nitrogen fertilization and rhizobium inoculation on nodulation and yield of soybean (Glycine max [L.] Merrill) plants. The experiment was laid out in a randomized complete block design with four replicatio...
